This painting was inspired by the region of Brittany , so dear to my heart. Strolling along the Emerald Coast, the blue hues always overcome and amaze me, be they crystalline when the sea is calm, or more stormy. The rocks are rustycorroded, and sometimes a lighthouse emerges, encircled by foam.

More about this perfume from Lostmarc’h: ‘Aël-Mat’ means Guardian Angel in Breton. Close your eyes, follow the little paths of the land , among gorse and heather. Your cheeks blushed by the iodized air, the softness of the land mingles with the cries of the seagulls, and the foam whirls around the humid sand. An ode to the ocean, mixing strength and sweetness, a perfume from the end of the world, when the earth and the sea come together as one. A top note of citrus, followed by jasmine and chamomille, on a soft musky background.
